DevelopVault Enterprise

Configured for your organisation

When an organisation makes hundreds of investment decisions, each one should be as clear in five years as it is today. DevelopVault Enterprise is configured around your data, processes, metrics and governance. It is deployed inside your own environment so your data stays where it needs to be.

Optioneering

Show exactly what each option buys

Map scope items to options and compare them on cost against target, defects closed and the risk that remains. An option can close a defect outright or reduce its likelihood. Remaining risk is the worst defect still open, so nothing is averaged away. Each stakeholder area gives its view and the investment decision is recorded against the option chosen. Tick the boxes yourself to see the figures change.

Enterprise capabilities

Built for critical infrastructure

Enterprise can be configured around your own defect registers, intervention catalogues, asset risk models, stakeholder scoring, funding and programme level decision making.

Defects & risk

Turn condition data into a clear risk picture

Bring defect data into one view, assess it consistently and see which issues need attention before committing spend.

  • Prioritise defects by category, likelihood, consequence and risk score
  • Visualise risk on a live 5×5 likelihood × consequence matrix
  • Filter and explore defects by category, risk and other project information
Visual mark up

Mark up images and drawings, with the data one click away

Annotate aerial imagery, site photos and drawings with numbered comments, defect pins, measurements, shapes and revision clouds. Every marker links to the photos, reports, defects, scope items and actions behind it, so the detail is never more than a click away.

  • Annotate anything with comments, defect pins, measurements, arrows, shapes and revision clouds
  • Open linked data from the marker to reach its photos, reports, defects, scope items and actions
  • Keep it readable with layers to show or hide comments, defects, scope and mark up
Where we sit

What should we do and why?

Asset registers & inspection dataWhat do we have and what condition is it in?Asset registers · survey and inspection data · drone imagery · condition records
→
DevelopVaultProject development & optioneeringWhat is required and why?
→
Portfolio planning & schedulingWhen do we deliver it and in what order?Investment planning · prioritisation · programme scheduling · business cases

Asset registers tell you what you have. Portfolio planning tools decide when to deliver the work, once the intervention is known. Neither works out what is actually required and why. That's the gap DevelopVault fills: it develops and compares the options from the evidence and the preferred option becomes the defined scope your portfolio plans around.

FAQ

DevelopVault Enterprise questions

Compare Pro and Enterprise →

Where does DevelopVault Enterprise run?

Inside your own environment, working with the systems you already use, such as SharePoint, so your data stays in your estate. If you would rather we hosted it for you, we can discuss that.

Does DevelopVault store or see our data?

No. Deployed inside your own environment, DevelopVault Enterprise does not store, copy or host your data. Evidence, records and decisions stay in your environment, under your governance and retention policies.

What format is our data in?

Standard formats that you own, alongside your folders of photos, drawings and reports. If you stopped using DevelopVault you would keep everything. There is no lock-in.

How does access work?

Access follows your existing permissions, so your current information governance applies.

Can our contractors and delivery partners use it?

Yes. Because access follows your permissions, you can bring framework contractors, designers and surveyors into the same development record.

Can we import our existing data?

Yes. New decisions are pre-filled with each site's funding lines and defects from your master data, so you start with the data you already have rather than rekeying it.

Can Enterprise be configured to our processes?

Yes. Enterprise is configured around your datasets, terminology, metrics, workflows, templates and approval processes, with training, implementation support and ongoing development as your requirements evolve.

How is it priced?

DevelopVault Enterprise can be licensed per user or for your whole organisation. Book a demo and we'll put together a proposal that fits your requirements.
